The Media Specialist will report to the Sr Campaign Manager. This candidate will assist Campaign Managers in ensuring seamless delivery and optimization of media strategies. Additionally, the media specialist may support the development and execution of paid social media campaigns as needed. The ideal person will possess a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for digital media. This role is 20% strategy, 10% problem solving and 70% project management and execution.
Job description (general, including but not limited to):
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support: Assist Campaign Managers in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Content Creation: Collaborate with content creators and designers to develop engaging and high-quality media assets tailored for specific campaigns and target audiences.
Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
Client Coordination: Work directly with the Account Manager to maintain clear communication with clients, addressing their needs and providing regular campaign updates and reports.
Media Planning: Contribute to the development of innovative media plans by researching market trends, audience insights, and competitive analyses.
Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party platforms and vendors to manage media buys, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery of campaign materials.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of campaign activities, performance metrics, and client communications for internal reference and analysis.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on paid media campaigns
Proficiency with media planning and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working within third-party social tool platforms (i.e. Sprout, or Sprinklr) is a plus.
